2020年“五一国际劳动节”放假通知

全体教职工：

根据上级有关节假日放假通知精神，结合我校实际，现将2020年“五一国际劳动节”放假安排通知如下：

一、放假调休

1、5月1日（星期五）至5月5日（星期二）放假，共5天；5月8日（星期五）晚自习高中部周二的老师看班，初中部周五的老师看班；5月9日（星期六）正常上班，初中和高中都上星期二的课；5月10日正常休息。

2、4月30日提早放学，初中部学生30日下午3:00离校，高中部学生30日下午1:15开始离校。

3、5月5日学生返校，高中G9年级学生5月5日下午1:00-2:30返校，G10-G12年级学生下午2:30-4:00返校，初中部学生5月5日下午 4:00—5:00返校；所有学生凭当日的SNA码和苏城码扫码测温进入校园。当日晚自习由班主任看班。

4、学生离校和返校时请总务和初高中学生处安排相关人员在学校大门处协助维持秩序。

二、注意事项

1、当前还处于疫情防控期间，各部门要继续抓紧抓实抓细疫情防控工作。

2、放假期间，所有教职工严格遵守《苏州北美国际高级中学教职工周末和节假日管理规定》。根据政府文件《吴防控学校防控〔2020〕20号关于节假日疫情防控提醒事项的函》，学校制定了教职工防控承诺书，所有教职工在4月30日上午10点之前在企业微信上签署防控承诺书。

3、放假期间总务部门安排物业做好值班值守，遇突发事件要及时上报并妥善处置。

According to the State Council's holiday notice and the actual situation of our school, the holiday arrangement of 2020 International Labor Day is hereby notified as follows:

1.    Arrangements

①May Day holiday will last from May 1 (Friday) to May 5 (Tuesday) for 5 days.On May 8 (Friday), High school will carry out Tuesday night study arrangements,Middle school will follow the Friday night study arrangements. May 9(Saturday) is a normal working day, and Tuesday's schedule will be implemented in High school and Middle school(There is no night study in that day) .May 10(Sunday) is a normal rest day.

②April 30 is early release day, Middle school students leave school at 3:00 p.m. and High school students at 1:15 p.m. .

③All students return to school on the afternoon of May 5(Tuesday).High school G9 students return to school at 1:00-2:30p.m., G10-G12 students at 2:30-4:00p.m.;Middle school students return to school at 4:00-5:00p.m..Students enter the campus by scanning the SNA code and Health code.The homeroom teachers are on duty for night study on that day.

④When students leave and return to school, please LD and the students' office of middle school and high school to arrange relevant personnel to help maintain order at the school gate.

2.    Attention

①At present, it is still in the period of epidemic prevention and control. All departments should continue to pay close attention to the work of epidemic prevention and control.

②During the holiday, all staff should strictly abide by the "SNA Weekend and Holiday Rules". According to the government document "Letter on prevention and control of epidemic situation on holidays [2020] No. 20 ", the school has formulated the letter of commitment for epidemic prevention and control, and all staff shall sign the letter of commitment on the enterprise wechat before 10 a.m. on April 30.

③During the holiday, LD is requested to arrange the duty. In case of any emergency, it is required to report it in time and handle it properly.
